Built-in 2004, Warren Avenue Investors completely repositioned the 50,000 SF former office building into best-in-class lab space. Through a multi-phase construction project, Warren Ave delivered its industry-leading lab suites while minimizing disturbances to in-place tenants during base building and infrastructure upgrades.
